Betty Yopko Weibel, APR, Principal

A successful public relations agency leader, Betty specializes in strategic marketing and special event management. She began her career as a newspaper reporter and worked as a corporate executive for a national retailer, as well as large and small agencies before starting her own business. Betty has served on state Boards of Trustees for Ohio History Connection, Ohioana Library Association, and Ohio Humanities. She is a nonfiction author and public speaker with a bachelor’s degree from Lake Erie College, and is APR certified by the Public Relations Society of America. 

Joyce Penhallurick, Principal

Joyce has served in a variety of marketing communications areas, including travel and tourism, community relations, and media relations. Prior to launching her own agency, she worked with industry-leading organizations which included the nation’s top fundraising organization and a global energy company. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University.
